Please read this disclaimer carefully before using iCaiFu (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the terms below.
1. Not investment advice
All content on iCaiFu — including Setup Scores, verdicts, scans, screens, picks, summaries and any other output — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied on as, investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, nor as a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any investment strategy.
2. No fiduciary or advisory relationship
Using the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and iCaiFu or its operator. We do not know your personal circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance, and nothing here is tailored to you.
3. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate
Data is aggregated from third-party sources (including Yahoo Finance, SEC EDGAR, Finnhub and FRED) and may be delayed, out of date, incomplete or wrong. Prices are not real-time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data and are not liable for errors or omissions in it.
4. Setup Scores are algorithmic estimates, not predictions
Setup Scores, verdicts and any AI-generated summaries are produced by automated rule-based and statistical models. They are estimates, not forecasts, and do not predict future prices or returns. Past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future results.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCaiFu, its operator and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including any trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Do your own research
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial, tax or legal professional before making any investment.
