Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings made for investment purposes) in small-capitalization companies. The management defines small-capitalization (“small cap”) companies as those companies with a market capitalization, at the time of initial investment, that is equal to or smaller than the largest company in the Russell 2000® Index. The fund is non-diversified.
