USA Rare Earth, which announced new funding from the Department of Energy, MP Materials, Critical Metals and REalloys are all climbing. Beijing's export restrictions, especially for military uses of rare earths, have fueled pricing of some rare earths that is around 400% higher outside of China than within, William Blair analyst Neal Dingmann noted in a Wednesday report.
