A number of stocks fell in the afternoon session after the broader market fell as a spike in oil prices and Treasury yields rattled investors.

Today, we will provide an update on strategic actions, discuss our fiscal 2025 fourth quarter, our full year financial results and our outlook for fiscal 2026. Back in September, we announced that the Board of Directors and the executive leadership team were evaluating a broad range of alternatives to enhance focus on Atkore's core electrical infrastructure portfolio. The Board has now decided to expand the scope of the strategic alternatives to include a potential sale or merger of the whole company.
Moby summary of Atkore Inc.'s Q2 2026 earnings call
To date, in addition to the HDPE and Belgium divestitures, we completed the sale of our Tectron tube mechanical product line, ceased manufacturing operations at 3 U.S.-based facilities and sold our Northwest Polymers recycling business. With that, I'll now turn the call over to John Deitzer to walk through the results from the quarter and provide more details on our outlook.
Atkore beat Q2 estimates with $731.4M revenue and $1.23 EPS, driven by electrical volume growth. However, margins shrank due to inflation, and a $136.5M legal settlement led to a GAAP net loss, creating mixed market sentiment.
